"Renaissance", 4-room apartment on 1st floor, west facing position. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, CD-player, DVD and DVD collection available. Exit to the balcony, west facing position. 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 small room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC, bath/shower/WC. Floor heating. Small balcony, west facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 12 at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.


Champex: Beautiful small apartment house "Renaissance". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 30 m from the lake. In the house: lift, storage room for skis. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop, bathing lake 100 m. Slopes 600 m. Please note: fishing [permit required].

Excellent frozen lake for skating on Christmas. We did it almost all the week. Beautiful view on the lake Champex and St-Brnard region. Nice walking paths along "bisses". The house 20 meters from the lake. Small village. Unfortunately, there was not enough snow for skiing near the village in Show more December 2016 . Excellent friendly personnel! Séjour très agréable dans un cadre magnifique. L'appartement est très beau et bien équipé. Dommage qu'il n' y a pas de connection wifi.
