"Fontana Blu", 4-room apartment 110 m2 on 1st floor. Spacious and bright, practical and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, flat screen and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Large kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, hatch. Exit to the garden. Bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Heating. Small balcony. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra), logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Garage on the property. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.


San Nazzaro: Child friendly, cosy 2-family house "Fontana Blu", built in 1970. In the resort 100 m from the centre of Vairano, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, located by a road. Private: property, beautiful garden 50 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house. Single garage at the house. Shop 3 km, shopping centre 10 km, bus stop "Vairano" 100 m, railway station "San Nazzaro" 4 km.

Le logement est spacieux, mais l'équipement surtout la cuisine et les sanitaires sont un peu vieillots. Une seule baignoire pour 6 personnes. Aucun entretien de la terrasse, grandes herbes et buissons pas taillés. Endroit calme et tranquille.

Guten Tag Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Zwar war die Küche überaltert, z.b Besteck und Pfannen. In der Küche stand alles von den Vorgängern z.b Gewürz, Essig, Oel, Tee, Zucker. Im Tiefkühlschrank lagen 2 Flaschen tiefgefrorenes mit Wasser. Der Stromstecker bei der Mikrowelle geht Show more nicht. Im hinteren Gang fehlt oben an der Decke die Lampe. Im Garten war meterhohes Gras nicht gemäht und der Grill konnten wir nicht brauchen weil er verrostet ist. Keine Gartenstühle und kein Tisch im Garten. Diese Woche wo wir am Freitag abgereist sind , war die ganze Woche eine Baustelle unten vor dem Haus. Trotzdem waren wir zufrieden. Herzlichen Dank Gruss Familie von Euw Show less
