Balcony 12 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Wohnung wäre eigentlich geeignet für Familien, allerdings nicht während den heissen Tagen, da sich Wohnung nicht abkühlen kann (sie befindet sich grad unter dem Dach und hat keine Klimaanlage o.ä.) und ist zudem sehr ringhörig (bspw. Lift), da die Isolation mässig gut ist. Die Gegend ist jedoch Show more fantastisch, wenn auch mit ÖV und kleinen Kindern weit weg von der Endstation Ruvigliana und Bus Nr. 12 fährt selten. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war schliesslich nicht stimmig. Schade! Show less
