"Passera", 3-room apartment 60 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Rustic and cosy furnishings: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 180 cm). Exit to the loggia. 1 small children's room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen-/living room in the entrance (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, open-hearth fireplace, digital TV, flat screen and DVD. Exit to the loggia. Shower/WC. Wood heating, oil heating. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Terrace partly roofed, south facing position. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), covered balcony. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher, no lift. Important to know: the holiday home offers a fantastic panoramic view. The room for children is located on a mezzanine without WC. The apartment CH6998.200.1 on the first floor can be rented by 2 to 4 people, the apartment CH6998.200.2 on the second floor by 2 people. Walk around the Malcantone. Ideal for all hikers and nature lovers. Secret tip: enjoy the autumn to pick mushrooms and pick up chestnuts!

For shared use: well-kept garden 36 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants. Patio (18 m2), garden furniture, planted inner courtyard. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Narrow motor access to 50 m from the house (mountain road). Public parking 50 m. Das Haus ist schön gelegen und hat einen eigenen Charme, mit sehr schöner Panorama- Aussicht und gut geeignet für Ferien mit Hund. Dieser hat sich ganz schnell wohl gefühlt. Besonders angenehm war die Wohnung bei heissem Wetter. Das Badezimmer könnte mal eine Renovation vertragen. Kühlschrank in Show more schlechtem Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist okay. Das zweite Schlafzimmer, genannt Kinderzimmer ist nicht sehr attraktiv, weder von der Raumaufteilung her noch von der Einrichtung. Auch die Einrichtung unten im Garten ist eher bescheiden und dürfte mal ausgewechselt werden. Aktuelle Infos von der Region fehlen. Buch und aktuelle Sachen über Malcantone und auch über Veranstaltungen. Die Sachen sind ziemlich alt. Schade ist, dass es vor Ort kein Geschäft zum Einkaufen gibt und auch alle Restaurants nur mit Auto erreichbar sind. Das ist ein Nachteil. Wir fanden es angenehm, dass wir alleine im Haus waren und auf niemanden Rücksicht nehmen mussten. Grundsätzlich haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, finden aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis eher etwas zu hoch. Show less
