Bright, renovated in 2018, very comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, cable TV, flat screen, radio and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace, pergola, to the patio. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)) with small dining table. Shower/WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom with rooflight panoramic window with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), sitting area. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside, the resort and the city. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fireplace! Outside the resort, 1.6 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1.5 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 400 m2, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, patio, pergola, terrace, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine. 100 m long steep, narrow motor access. Stepped path (140 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking at 60 m. Das Casa Rustico ist sehr schön gelegen. Der Sitzplatz mit Cheminée ist sehr gut ausgerüstet (Lounge, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, schöner Steintisch, Laube,...) und lädt zum Verweilen und Marroni Braten ein. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Reservation, Kontaktaufnahme Show more und Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Zwei Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche sind vorhanden - super, beide allerdings sehr klein. Der Zugang zum Haus über die lange Treppe hält fit, unser Tipp: nicht zu viel mitnehmen - es muss alles über 150 Stufen hoch getragen werden. Alles in allem ein sehr gemütliches Rustica in wunderschöner Lage! Show less

Es ist wunderbar in diesem Bijou. Auch wenn es regnet, ist es erholsam. Die Treppenstufen hinauf sind zwar nicht für jedermann - ältere Menschen dürften ihre Mühe haben, auch bei der Treppe im Haus selber. Es ist ein wunderbares Rustico mit allem, was es braucht. Der dänische Besitzer hat guten Show more Geschmack und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das Haus hat auch Bodenheizung, d.h. wenn es nicht so warm ist, friert man nicht. Ich hätte es am liebsten behalten, dieses Kleinod. Der Garten ist riesig und schön bepflanzt. Er ist nicht eingezäunt, Hunde können davonrennen. Unsere taten es einige Male, kehrten aber immer wieder in Kürze zurück. Show less
