1-room apartment 50 m2 on 4th floor, bright, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds, 1 folding bed and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/WC. Balcony. Terrace furniture. Side view of the lake. Please note: non-smokers only.


Locarno: Large, comfortable apartment block "Lido (Utoring)", 6 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. On the outskirts, 1.8 km from the centre of Piazza Grande, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 80 m from the lake, road to cross, in the countryside. In the house: reception, lounge with TV, lift, roof terrace, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Public parking 200 m on the road. Shop 1.8 km, grocery 1.8 km, restaurant 300 m, café 100 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 60 m, railway station "Locarno" 3 km, public bathing area 80 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 400 m, minigolf 2 km. The apartment house is situated opposite the Lido and the beach. Ideal for watersports fans: surfing and sailing, 300 m. Fishing in the lake (permit holders only). Golf training court, 500 m. All apartments have a satellite TV connection with 70 channels. TV for hire (CHF 35.00/week). Public parking spaces 200 m from the house: CHF 3.00/day. CHF 500.00 deposit for younger guests under 18 years. For bookings of less than 6 nights until 25.11.2016, cleaning and linen have to be paid locally. Linen: CHF 20/pers, cleaning: CHF 75.

alles über 1.6 Meter ab Boden war sehr staubig. der Teppich im Korridor stinkt. er müsste dringend extrahiert oder sogar ersetzt werden.

seulement très décentré...pour acheter le moindre morceau de pain ...il faut beaucoup marcher ou prendre la voiture...si on vient en train...il y a le bus 2..mais un par heure....
