Spacious and bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: open large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, flat screen and hi-fi system. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Martello) extra, fondue Set (cheese)) with bar, dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Small balcony 2 m2. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Garage at 250 m. Please note: non-smoking house. 150 litre boiler.


Brissago 10 km from Locarno: Beautiful, cosy single-family house "Stellina del Sole", 2 storeys, built in 1982, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Brissago, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1 km from the lake, south-east facing position. Private: property (fenced), garden (fenced). Patio (56 m2), pergola, terrace (10 m2), garden furniture. In the house: central heating system. 300 m footpath (60 steps) to the house. Single garage at 250 m, public parking 300 m on the road extra. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Locarno "SBB FFS CFF" 10.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Nearby attractions: Isole di Brissago, Madonna del Sasso, Orselina, Castelli di Bellinzona, Mercato di Cannobio, Intra, Luino IT, Mercato: Dienstag in Ascona, Donnerstag, Locarno und Samstag in Bellinzona. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Locarnos Hausberg Cardada, Bosco Gurin, Nara Bleniotal. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Monte Verità Ascona, Cardada Locarno, Val Bavona, Val Onsernone,Centovalli, Valle Maggia, Valle Verzasca, etc. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). NB: The seating area is behind the house and is separated from the house by a pathway through.

Helles, geräumiges Haus, wunderbare Aussicht auf den See. Schöne Lage. Alles da, was man so braucht.

Notre semaine à Brissago était super. La maison est très fonctionnelle et toute équipée. La vue est splendide. Une indication sur le 58 marches menant à la maison sur l'annonce pourrait être utile.

« Tolles Ferienhaus mit viel Platz »

Das Ferienhaus entspricht einem vollwertigen Einfamilienhaus und ist wesentlich grösser als erwartet. Tessintypisch liegt es am Hang und ist nur über eine lange Treppe vom Parkplatz her erreichbar. Dafür geniesst man vom Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse aus einen herrlichen Ausblick.
