Ascona: Modern apartment block "Michèle (Utoring)". In the resort 200 m from the centre of Ascona, in a central, quiet position, area with little traffic, 200 m from the lake. In the house: lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 250 m, extra. Shop, grocery, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 40 m, railway station "Locarno" 3 km, public bathing area 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 500 m, tennis 400 m. Nearby attractions: Isola di Brissago, Mercato Luino, IT, Falconeria Locarno, Lido di Locarno, Madonna del Sasso / Cardada, Piazza Grande, Locarno. Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich, daher waren wir schon öfters im Haus. Das Haus selber gehört jedoch dringend saniert. Betten sehr schlecht, Matratzen durch gelegen, auch sonst, Farbe allein reicht heute nicht mehr. Wenn das nicht gemacht wird werden wir in ein anderes Haus Show more gehen. Show less
