Ascona: Modern apartment block "Michèle (Utoring)". In the resort 200 m from the centre of Ascona, in a central, quiet position, area with little traffic, 200 m from the lake. In the house: lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 250 m, extra. Shop, grocery, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 40 m, railway station "Locarno" 3 km, public bathing area 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 500 m, tennis 400 m. Nearby attractions: Isola di Brissago, Mercato Luino, IT, Falconeria Locarno, Lido di Locarno, Madonna del Sasso / Cardada, Piazza Grande, Locarno. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como, Lago di Lugano. Please note: suitable for families, suitable for seniors. The photograph shows a typical example. Werde ich weiter empfehlen.Bushaltestelle/Einkaufmöglichkeit,alles in der Nähe.Weniger gut fanden wir die Garage,sehr eng und es sollten keine Autos vor Garage sehen,war in unserer Zeit der Fall.
