3-room apartment 60 m2 on 3rd floor. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace and cable TV (flat screen), radio, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Bath/WC. Underfloor heating. Balcony 6 m2. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains, the valley and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 41, height 200 cm, width 220 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. In summer free use of the Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast cable cars and Obersaxen-Mundaun, use of the 4 swimming facilities in Ilan, Obersaxen, Brigels and Val Lumnezia, access to the regional museum (Ilanz), use of mini-golf in Brige.


Surcuolm 7 km from Ilanz: Cosy, comfortable small apartment house "Surselva", built in 1981, renovated in 2017, surrounded by meadows. In the resort, in the district Surselva, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 5 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house, communal covered parking. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 20 m, bus stop 50 m. Golf course 5 km, riding stable 1 km, ski lift, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school 300 m, sled run 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Obersaxen/Meierhof, Flims/Laax/Falera, Disentis/Sedrun. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

L'appartamento è ben arredato e può ospitare fino a 6 persone. E' molto adatto a chi desidera una vacanza di relax immersa nella natura. A pochi metri dalla casa è possibile accedere alle funivie e godere di una vista mozzafiato!

Lejligheden var super, der manglede ingenting. Havde sendt 3 mails og foretaget 2 telefonopkald (intet svar) til udlejer for aftale nøgleoverlevering og for at bestille internet. Intet svar, hvorefter vi kontaktede interhome, som kunne oplyse om nøgle og sørgede for at vi blev kontaktet vedr. Show more internet, hvilket vi dog først fik afgang om aftenen dagen efter ankomst. Het appartementencomplex was moeilijk te vinden en het is lastig dat de sleutelhouder in een ander dorp woont en in een café/restaurant werkt. Door wegafsluitingen vlakbij de locatie waren wij iets later en dat werd ons niet in dank afgenomen. In het appartement waren wat kleine gebreken en de Show more badkamer was niet goed schoongemaakt. De locatie van het appartement maakt echter heel veel goed! Mooi uitzicht en veel wandelmogelijkheden vanuit het appartement. Show less
