"Apt. 13", 3-room apartment 110 m2 on 2nd floor. Spacious, practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Bath/WC, sep. WC. 2 balconies. Deck chairs. Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 13. Please note: non-smokers only. Ski locker number 13.


Laax Dorf: Small apartment house "La Riva". In the centre of Laax, in a central, sunny position, 50 m from the lake. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Communal covered parking. Shop 200 m, indoor swimming pool 350 m. Mountain railway 4.5 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Children's drag lift 350 m. Skiing "Alpenarena" in Flims 4.5 km, Falera 1.5 km, Laax-Murschteg 1.6 km. Centre of Flims with other shops, entertainment and lake "Caumasee" 4.5 km. This building is located near the lake "Laaxer-See". On the ground floor: cafe (open on Friday and Saturday until 02:00 hrs), post office, sports shops, hairdresser. Bank and childrens playground nearby.

Sehr grosse Wohnung. Ruhig und zentral. Moderne Küche, gutes Internet, 2 grosse Balkons, Liegestühle vorhanden. Wohnung war innerhalb des Hauses schwer zu finden, da Wohnungsnummer durch Dekoration verdeckt war...

Sauberes und gut gelegenes Ferienappartement. Sehr ruhig und gut gelegen. Der Skibus ist direkt vor der Türe und ein gutes Sportgeschäft hat es auch im Haus.
