Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, comfortable and stylish furnishings: large dining room. 1 double bedroom. 1 large double bedroom with shower/WC. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill fondue Set (cheese)) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Top floor: open large living room with sloping ceilings with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, flat screen and radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 small room with 2 beds. 1 double bedroom with Dressing room with shower/WC. Small terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Very rustic apartment decorated with great details. The soapstone stove creates a soothing ambience in the dining room .


Flims Dorf: Beautiful, comfortable, luxurious 2-family house, 4 storeys, renovated in 2012. In the resort 5 m from the centre of Flims Dorf, in a central, busy position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), drying room. Storeroom available. Public car park, extra. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant 50 m, bakery 100 m, café 50 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Postauto" 400 m, railway station "Chur" 22.1 km, bathing lake "Crestasee, Caumasee". Golf course 10 km, tennis 2 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, mountain railway, ski lift, ski school, sled run 400 m, cross country ski track 2 km, ice field 2 km. Nearby attractions: Chur, Rheinschlucht, Parc Ela. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims/Laax/Falera, Brigels, Disentis / Sedrun. Wir haben schon zum zweiten Mal diese schöne Unterkunft gebucht. Es ist wie nachhause kommen. Wohlfühlen und abschalten. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern in einem stilvoll renovierten Haus und liegt sehr zentral d.h alles ist in Fussdistanz erreichbar. Der einzige kleine Mangel war bei uns (zwei Familien mit Kindern), dass die "antiken" Türen verständlicherweise nicht optimal schliessen und dadurch das Haus einwenig Show more ringhörig ist. Sehr schönes geschmackvoll renoviertes Haus. Wirklich ideal mitten im Dorf, wenn nicht alle auf die Piste können. Wir haben uns zu sechst sehr wohl gefühlt: Das Parkplatz-Problem ist nicht dem sonstigen Standard entsprechend gelöst. Der Lift war leider defekt, so war es auch etwas schwieriger als Show more im Voraus angenommen. Show less
