Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm). Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. View of the mountains and the countryside. Garage at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.

On the outskirts, 600 m from the centre of Flims Dorf, in the district Surselva, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Steep motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Single garage at the house, public parking 300 m. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 200 cm. Shop, grocery, restaurant 500 m, bakery, café 600 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, railway station "Chur" 21 m. Golf course (18 hole) 9.1 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, skisport facilities 1 km, cross country ski track 1 km, ice field 1 km. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht, Chur. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims - Laax. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Crestasee, Caumasee. Hiking paths: Ela Parc.

Das Sofabett in der Stube war zu kurz für uns Eltern. Mit 2 Kindern schlafen wir nicht im Schlafzimmer, da wir länger aufbleiben. Für 4 Personen ja, aber nur wenn die Kinder auf dem Sofabett nächtigen. Dann ist es aber auch noch sehr hart. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ruhig gelegen.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung rundum zufrieden. Die Ausstattung war ausgezeichnet, alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Außerdem sehr sauber und gepflegt.
