6-room apartment 120 m2, on the upper ground floor. Fully renovated in 2012, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: gallery with digital TV and flat screen. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed. Bath/WC. 2 balconies, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. The chimney is only decoration and not be used.


Fidaz 1 km from Flims: Beautiful, cosy small apartment house "Andrea", built in 1970, renovated in 2011. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 3 km from the lake. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. 50 m steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars), communal covered parking. Shop, grocery, supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bus stop 50 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km, bathing lake "Caumasee" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 2.5 km, cable car 2 km, mountain railway 2 km, ski lift 2 km, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km, cross country ski track 1.5 km. The following benefits can be used optionally at the hotel Fidazerhof: full board, half board or Ayurveda program, shopping, restaurant, wellness centre with a large spa and an Ayurveda program, concierge, room cleaning and various other offers.

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Leider durfte man den Kamin nicht gebrauchen auf den wir uns schon sehr gefreut hatten. Minimale Ausstattung der Küche. Leider auch kein Fondue und kein Raclette Ofen. Das braucht es doch einfach in den Bergen. Sehr kleiner Esstisch für 6 Personen. Sonst hat uns die Show more Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Die Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock sehr gemütlich. Show less
