Apartment block "Acletta (Utoring)", surrounded by trees and meadows. Above Disentis, in the resort, 2 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. For shared use: indoor pool (24 m2, depth 170 cm). Children's playground. In the house: reception, lounge, sauna (extra). Table tennis, table football, telephone box, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service and beverage service (extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). Communal covered parking. Dimension: height 190 cm. Shop 2 km, restaurant 200 m, railway station "Disentis" 2 km. Cable car, mountain railway 300 m, ski bus stop 10 m, ski school 300 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. A children's ski school is located near the house. The house and the cable car can be reached on skis. The internet (ADSL / WIFI) is in all apartments (free). Free: 1 parking in the garage (max 1.90m). Extra: 20CHF / week for a parking space in the extra garage. In summer, the cable cars, trains, buses, indoor pool, etc. can be used for free with personal guest card. Please consider: telephone booths are usable only with a Swisscomcard!

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, im schönen Bündnerstil. Allerdings ist es meiner Meinung nach keine 4-Zimmerwohnung. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einer geräumigen Küche mit Essecke sowie einem Zwischenraum zwischen den Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer, mit einer Show more Schlafnische. Dieser Raum sollte nicht als Schlafzimmer gezählt werden (keine Fenster, Durchgangsraum). Show less
