3-room apartment 86 m2 on 8th floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Balcony, south facing position. Beautiful, of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only.


Davos Platz: Beautiful apartment block "Parkareal (Utoring)", built in 1966. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 500 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. In the house: reception, bar, lounge, WiFi, sauna (extra). Solarium (extra). Table tennis, playroom, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house, communal covered parking. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop, railway station 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Cable car, mountain railway, ski lift 500 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 500 m, sled run 700 m, cross country ski track 500 m, ice field 1.5 km. Hiking paths: Rienerhorn, Jakobshorn. The apartments facing south (4th floor and above) have stunning mountain views. Car park: summer CHF 14.00/week, winter CHF 21.00/week. Garage parking: summer CHF 35.00/week, winter CHF 56.00/week. Reservation on arrival.
