DAVOS: Apartment block "Jenatsch (Utoring)". In the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: children's playground. In the house: lounge, WiFi, lift, washing machine (extra). Bread roll service and beverage service. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house, communal covered parking. Shop 400 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Davos-Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course 1 km, tennis 1 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, mountain railway 400 m, cross country ski track 1 km. Please note: suitable for families, suitable for seniors. Modernisiertes Bad + Küche. Mikrowelle, 2-Platten-Ceran-Kochfeld, Spülmaschine, kein Backofen. Balkon kann mit Fensterschiebeelementen zum "Wintergarten" geschlossen werden - wunderbar! Schrankbetten mit 2 getrennten Matratzen. Frühstück bei Sonnenaufgang auf dem Balkon. 200m zur nächsten Show more Bushaltestelle, Bäcker + Supermarkt. W-LAN in der Wohnung. Alles in allem eine super Wohnung. Ruhige Lage. Sehr nette Betreuung der Wohnanlage vor Ort. Show less
