1-room apartment 50 m2 on 6th floor. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/WC. Balcony 7 m2, south facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only.


Davos: Apartment block "Guardaval (Utoring)". In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 300 m from the skiing area. For shared use: indoor pool. In the house: reception, lounge with TV, WiFi, sauna (extra). Playroom, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Bread roll service and beverage service. Narrow motor access to the house. Parking (extra), communal covered parking. Shop, restaurant, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Davos Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake 1 km. Mountain railway, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school 300 m, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track, ice field 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Parsenn 300 m, Jakobshorn 1.5 km. The building is located upstream of the resort of Parsenn mountain and offers beautiful view. Parking + garage (reservation on arrival).

Era un apartamento para 4 personas que utilizamos 2, así que estuvimos muy amplios. El 104 era el nuestro y estaba un poco peor que el de nuestros amigos, el 606. La televisión no funcionaba, pero nos la cambiaron cuando lo pedimos. Hubiéramos agradecido que hubiese microondas y tostadora de pan, Show more pero aparte de eso el equipamiento era bueno. Las vistas excelentes, y el acceso al telecabina Parsenn bueno, aunque hay que caminar un tramo de cuesta un poco largo. Show less

Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt. In der Küche wurde einiges vermisst.z.B. Toaster

Viel Baulärm und Störungen im Haus und in der Wohnung! Eine erholsame Ferienwoche sieht anders aus. Das selbe erlebte ich im Oktober in der Woche vom 14.10.2017 bis 21.10.2017. Ungenügende Information von Interhome und vom Hause selber!
