1-room apartment 28 m2 on 1st floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Hip bath/WC. Balcony, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.


Apartment block "Promenade (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use). Parking at the house, communal covered parking. Shop 500 m. Mountain railway 500 m. Delivery service available. Beautiful hiking trails from the house. Warning: the car park or garage facilities must be pre-booked with the keyholder: parking 5CHF/day, covered parking 8CHF/day, garage parking 16CHF/day. Apartments with satellite TV (included, except for types 10 and 12: 40CHF/week). Lounge with Internet access (WiFi). Ski passes available at the reception.

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Studio mit tollem Blick vom Balkon in die Bergwelt. Gute Lage, zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhig. Winterwanderwege schnell erreichbar. Lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht.
