Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Large terrace 30 m2, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Blue-ray player. Please note: non-smokers only.


Boudry 12 km from Neuchâtel: 2-family house "Ma vielle Dame", 3 storeys, built in 1904, surrounded by vineyards. In the centre of Boudry, in a central, busy position in the residential district, 8 km from the lake, 50 m from the river, on a main road. For shared use: garden (fenced). Private: basketball. In the house: table football, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant 50 m, bakery 100 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, tram "La Tuillière" 50 m, public bathing area 8 km. Sports harbour 8 km, walking paths from the house 5 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Neuchâtel 8 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Super cena jak na warunki szwajcarskie. Bardzo mili gospodarze. Blisko sklep i łatwy dojazd do autostrady. Blisko góry i jezioro. Ale tak na prawdę to wszystko zależy kto co lubi. Ja jestem bardzo zadowolony.
