3-room chalet 71 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook and cable TV (flat screen), video, radio and tiled stove. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven). Bath/WC, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double sofabed. Balcony 13 m2. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.


Chalet "Anna". Outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, located by a road. Private: garden. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (90 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1.5 km, thermal baths "Les Bains de la Gruyère" 13 km. Golf course 20 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, skisport facilities 1.5 km, ski rental 1.5 km, ski school 1.5 km, sled run 1.8 km. Nearby attractions: Gruyère 7 km, Maison de Cailler-Le Chocolat Suisse 12 km, Bulle 12 km, Fribourg 37 km, Gstaad 47 km, Montreux 48 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Moleson. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Gruyère 21 km, Lac Léman 48 km. Hiking paths: Moleson. Please note: car recommended.

Descrizione non precisa dello chalet e della sua ubicazione, e non del tutto corrispondenti alla realtà. Arredi in ottimo stato e funzionali, igiene generale molto buona ma divani e poltrone impolverati. Panorama molto bello. Chalet vicino con cani non sorvegliati, probabilmente innocui ma Show more minacciosi, che si avventavano ad ogni nostro passaggio, anche dopo aver avvisato i proprietari del disturbo arrecatoci, e che si spingevano fino nel nostro giardino. Das Chalet selber war grundsätzlich so, wie dieses beworben wurde, mit Ausnahme dessen, dass der angeblich zur Alleinbenutzung zur Verfügung stehende Garten nicht vorhanden war und es keinen echten Parkplatz gab, sondern entlang der Strasse parkiert werden musste. Gar nicht in Ordnung, sonderen Show more mangelhaft war der Treppenweg, der wie der gesamte Aussenbereich des Chalets offensichtlich seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr unterhalten wurde. In den Räumen des Chalets und auf dem Balkon fühlten wir uns jedoch wohl, daher gesamthaft ein "Gut". Show less
