1-room apartment 45 m2. Very simple and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with heating stove, electric heating, gas heating and boiler. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, microwave). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) open gallery, ceiling height 170 - 180 cm with 3 beds. Balcony. Terrace furniture. Please note: non-smokers only.


Historical manor house "des Comtes", built in 1600. In the centre of Grandvillard, in a quiet position in the residential district, located by a road. Private: property. Patio, parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 200 m, railway station "Grandvillard" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Bulle 8 km, Moleson 15 km, Gruyère 9 km, Fribourg 40 km, Glacier 3000 30 km, Montreux 47 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Moleson 15 km, Glacier 3000 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Gruyère 19 km. Hiking paths: Moleson 15 km. Casa rustica ed arredata semplicemente molto sporca come le pentole e stoviglie molto vecchie e rovinate, bagno indecente.
