3-room apartment 100 m2, on the top floor. Partly with sloping ceilings, very comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position and west facing position. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and bath/shower/WC. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Large balcony. Balcony furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Garage, height 200 cm, width 200 cm. Please note: non-smokers only.

In the house: lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Communal covered parking. Grocery, restaurant 800 m, railway station 1 km, thermal baths 13 km. Golf course 20 km, tennis 1 km, mountain railway 5 km, cross country ski track 1 km. Nearby attractions: Gruyère 6 km, Bulle 8 km, Moleson 11 km, Gstaad 34 km, Fribourg 39 km, Montreux 45 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Moleson 11 km, Gstaad 34 km, Glacier 3000 31 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Gruyère 15 km, Lac Léman 45 km. Hiking paths: Moleson 11 km. Please note: car recommended.
