Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (80 cm, length 180 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 180 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 180 cm). 1 children's room with 2 beds and 1 pull-out bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Small kitchen 8 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. 2 balconies, south-west facing position. Beautiful, of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 46, height 195 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The parking garage has a height and a limited depth, no freezer.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen (Bus, Einkauf, Erreichbarkeit, Aussicht) Ein Hauswart, welcher mal kleinere Reparaturen ausführt (Türen die klemmen, defekte Glühbirnen ersetzen usw.) ist empfehlenswert. Aber ansonsten eine super Wohnung mit 3 Nasszellen.
