"Chesa Sonnalpine B 34", 2-room apartment 60 m2 on 2nd floor, west facing position. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen in the entrance (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Parquet floors. Small balcony 7 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.


St. Moritz-Bad: Simple small apartment house "Chesa Sonnalpine B", 8 storeys, built in 1968. In the resort 600 m from the centre of St.Moritz-Bad, 850 m from the centre of St.Moritz-Dorf, in a central, busy, sunny position, 50 m from the lake, 1 km from the skiing area, located by a road, south-west facing position. In the house: lift, central heating system. Public car park at 400 m, public parking 50 m. Shop, supermarket 200 m, shopping centre 600 m, restaurant, bakery 400 m, bus stop 50 m, indoor swimming pool 800 m, bathing lake 5 km. 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit moderner Ausstattung mit seitlichem Seeblick (eingeschränkt) in idealer Lage zum Zentrum St.Moritz . Gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Lebensmittel Disconter COOP zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreichbar. In gleicher Entfernung liegt auch das Interhome Büro.

Appartamento in generale abbastanza buono in ottima posizione. Tuttavia la pulizia, seppur pagata profumatamente, lasciava molto a desiderare. Le fodere del divano erano piene di macchie e il materasso del divano letto pieno di peli (di animale suppongo). Inoltre la mancanza di wi-fi è una grave Show more pecca. « Gute Lage aber dunkel »

Die Wohnung ist ok, war aber nicht ganz sauber (Betwäsche), und ist sehr dunkel da Sicht auf Felsen... Es gibt auch kein Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe was mit Auto sehr unpraktisch ist. Möblierung OK, Badezimmer neu, Empfang OK.
