Small kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/bidet/WC. Electric heating. Side view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Beautiful, cosy, simple small apartment house "Chesa Tschierv II", semi-detached, built in 1980. Below Celerina, in a busy position in the residential district, area with little traffic, 500 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: garden 400 m2 (fenced). In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Public parking 150 m on the road extra. Grocery, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery, café 600 m, bus stop "Cresta Kulm" 300 m. Sports centre 200 m, mountain railway, ski lift 500 m, ski bus stop 250 m, children's ski school 500 m, ski-kindergarten 350 m, cross country ski track 300 m, ice field 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Corviglia-Marguns 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: St. Moritzersee 2.3 km, Stazersee 5 km.
