"Chesa Tschierv II 35", 1-room studio 30 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position. Practical and wooden furniture furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 fold-away beds and satellite TV. Small kitchen (3 hot plates, oven). Shower/bidet/WC. Electric heating. Side view of the mountains. Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.


Beautiful, cosy, simple small apartment house "Chesa Tschierv II", semi-detached, built in 1980. Below Celerina, in a busy position in the residential district, area with little traffic, 5 km from the lake, 500 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: garden 400 m2. Table tennis. In the house: playroom, table football, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Public parking 150 m on the road extra. Shop 300 m, grocery, supermarket 450 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery 350 m, bus stop 250 m. Sports centre 200 m, mountain railway, ski lift 500 m, ski bus stop 250 m, children's ski school 500 m, ski-kindergarten 350 m, cross country ski track 300 m, ice field 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Corviglia-Marguns 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: St. Moritzersee 1 km, Stazersee 7 km. Please note: railway line closeby 400 m from the property.

Great spot, close to public transport and just a short walk to the ski lifts. Excellent variety of ski runs and lifts. And if you feel like it, a great walk to St Moritz via the Cresta Run skeleton and Bob sled tracks, well worth the walk.
