2-room apartment on the ground floor. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living room with tiled stove. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The WiFi does not provide watching streaming.


Beautiful, historical farmhouse "Egggraben", 850 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1919, renovated in 2011, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 3 km from the centre of Biembach im Emmental, in a secluded, quiet position on a slope, 10 m from the edge of the forest, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: natural state property, garden. Fireplace. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Pre-arrival grocery service. Steep, narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 5 km, railway station "Hasle-Rüegsau" 7 km. Nearby attractions: Emmentaler Schaukäserei, Burgdorf 12 km, Bern 15 km. Hiking paths: Wanderwege ab Haus. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request. Local sale of farm products. The owner lives in the same residence. Animals in the neighbourhood. Snowshoe rental: 12CHF/day. Caution: in winter, the car can be parked in the lower court. 10 min walk to accommodation. Warning: cats live on the property.

Nach anfänglicher Schwierigkeit die Unterkunft zu finden, waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben uns bei Fragen gerne unterstützt. « Goed zonder honden, met honden gemiddeld tot matig. »

We hebben dit appartement gekozen omdat ons hier de mogelijkheid werd geboden om met twee honden te verblijven. Bij aankomst werden we er toch dringend op gewezen dat de honden vast moesten want anders zouden de schapen die naast je appartement staan schrikken. Vervolgens de honden vastgelegd met Show more touw aan een haak en vertelden ze enthousiast dat dit erg handig was, echter na een korte wandeling met onze honden waren de haken uit het gras gedraaid en voor onze deur gelegd. Misschien iets van de Zwitsere mentaliteit maar directer werkt voor mij beter. Het appartement op zich zag er erg goed uit, mooi schoon en zeker aan te raden voor een stel,echter niet met honden. Tevens wordt de plek niet gevonden door je navigatie systeem dus is het de eerste keer wel even zoeken. Er staat bij dat er parkeer gelegenheid is, echter stond er familie of personeel op het rechte stuk geparkeerd waardoor je je auto op de amper parkeer gelegenheid schuin moet parkeren en hopen dat ie niet door rolt naar beneden. Al om al wel een mooi en schoon appartement, geen wifi bereik. Show less
