4-room apartment on 2 levels, on the upper floor. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio. 1 room with 1 bed. Playroom. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave) with dining table. Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. Patio. Beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.


Trogen AR 10 km from St.Gallen: Child friendly, cosy, comfortable 2-family house "Waldheim-Baschloch", built in 1992, surrounded by meadows and fields. Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the stream, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property, garden. Table tennis. Private: barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage. Shop 4 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Trogen" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Sled run 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Property is situated next to a cow pasture (cowbell ringing).
