Ce logement ne se prête pas à un séjour de vacances/repos: en bordure de route principale, parking devant les fenêtres, équipement minimaliste (cuisine, mobilier), aucune chaîne de télévision nationale. Il est plus adapté à une clientèle de passage ou en séjour professionnel.
