3-room apartment on 2 levels on 1st floor. Simple and cosy furnishings: kitchen-/living room (oven, microwave) with dining table. Upper floor: (steep stair) open living/sleeping room with curtain with 3 beds and TV. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Large terrace. View of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Separate entrance. Kitchen/living accessible by stairs. Bedroom accessible by a steep staircase without bannister. Not recommended for the elderly or young children. Wooden floors.


Oberterzen: Enjoy a holiday comfortable surrounded by rabbits, chickens, cats and dogs. Child friendly working farm "Gubser", 630 m a.s.l., surrounded by meadows. On the outskirts, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 3 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: garden. Patio, terrace. In the house: lounge, table tennis, playroom, table football, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Unterterzen" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake "Walensee" 3 km. Mountain railway, skisport facilities, ski school 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flumserberg 300 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Walensee 3 km. Hiking paths: Flumserberg. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives on the same property. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Authentic apartment in a traditional house close to the ski lift. Quit location with nice views. Great hospitality! Very warm welcome from the hostess. She speaks perfect English. Our children could feed chickens and rabbits and played with the dog. They loved it.

Sehr einfache, aber heimelige Unterkunft. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Hier findet man Ruhe und Entspannung. Schöne Aussicht und gut gelegen für Wanderungen.
