On the lower ground floor: lounge with cable TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. 2 large terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, conservatory. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Please note: there are 2 apartments with a connecting door (CH6373.100.1 +2).

Steep motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km. Skisport facilities 25 km. The flat was in excellent condition - and especially spacious. There were nearby shops which were adequate for self catering. The views out of the mountains and a big section of the Lake of Lucern was a huge bonus.
