2-room apartment on 1st floor. Partly renovated in 2012, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living room with cable TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.


Comfortable apartment block "Hegglistrasse 9", 4 storeys, built in 1999. In a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 1.5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: lift. Steep motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km. Skisport facilities 25 km. Nearby attractions: Luzern 20 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Engelberg 25 km. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist atemberaubend! An Silvester hatten wir das Feuerwerk direkt vor uns, man hat das Gefühl man ist mittendrin. Die Aussicht auf den See ganz zu schweigen.
