3-room chalet 90 m2. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Please note: non-smokers only.


Comfortable chalet "Anuschka", 1'380 m a.s.l., renovated in 2002, surrounded by meadows. Above Lenk, 3.5 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Narrow motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (13 steps) to the house. Parking space n 21 at the house, single garage. Shop 3.5 km, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Lenk" 3.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Tennis 3.5 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 1 km, gondola lift 4 km, slopes 1 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Nearby attractions: Simmenfälle, Gstaad, Simmentaler Hausweg. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Adelboden - Lenk, Betelberg. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee, Lenkerseeli. Hiking paths: Bühlberg, Iffigen. Please note: car recommended. Ideal departure point for hiking and skiing in the Buehlberg and Metsch/Adelboden area.

Wir sind wegen dem Ski fahren nach Lenk gekommen und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Chalet. Das Chalet war für uns super und auch der kurze Weg zum Skilift Bühlberg hat uns überzeugt.
