Marvellous view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: apartment street side. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher.


Beautiful small apartment house "Schwendihus", renovated in 2012. In the district of Schwendi, outside the resort, 2.6 km from the centre, on a main road, south facing position. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shopping centre 2.6 km, bicycle rental 3 km, railway station "Schwendi" 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km. Golf course (9 hole) 4 km, tennis 3.5 km, minigolf 2.9 km, sports centre 2.7 km, mountain railway 2 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski rental 2 km, cross country ski track 300 m, children's playground 2.7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 15 km. Please note: car recommended. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.

Keurig, mooi en vooral schoon appartement. Alles is aanwezig. Het is rustig gelegen. Door de afstand van het dorp is auto noodzakelijk. Verhouding prijs/kwaliteit prima. Volgend jaar waarschijnlijk weer naar het Schwendihus.

El único problema, la cercanía a la carretera y su tráfico que se oye.Resto, ubicación, comodidad...perfecto.
