Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Shower/WC. Parquet floors. Balcony, north facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage at 50 m, height 212 cm, width 235 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher. Height under the ceiling approx. 1.85m, height of the doors approx. 1.60m.

For shared use: fireplace. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning on request (extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking space n Knüsel at 50 m. Grocery 1 km, shopping centre 2.1 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop "Spillmättli" 200 m, railway station "Grindelwald Grund" 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 2 km, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 2.5 km, sports centre 2.1 km, mountain railway 1 km, gondola lift 1.2 km, ski rental 1.3 km, ski bus stop 200 m, cross country ski track 1 km, children's playground 2.1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 20 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet und verfügt über eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der einzige Nachteil ist die schattige Lage. Das W-Lan hat leider nicht zuverlässig funktioniert.

¨Super schönes heimeliges Chalet. alles sauber und man fühlt sich wie zu hause. aber einen grossen Nachteil hat es. Die Tiefgarage befindet sich unterhalb einer sehr steilen Strasse. Im Winter kommt man nicht mehr den Hang hinauf. Mussten einen Abschlepdienst organisieren und mussten 150.-- selber Show more bezahlen. Show less

We like the balacony view and the food table in front of the view . The kitchen have full inquireis .. and they give us coopones for Grindelwald first which we had a lot of fun onbthis place and it was far 5 mints only
