"Oltschiblick", 3-room apartment 66 m2, on the top floor, south facing position. Spacious, partly renovated in 2014, comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living room 25 m2 with cable TV, international TV channels, flat screen and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom 11 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 12 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen 15 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) free, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Large balcony 12 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2), box-room. Marvellous view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only.


2-family house "Oltschiblick". In the resort, 200 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, south facing position. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 5 km, bus stop 20 m, railway station "Brienz" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Tennis 10 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, skisport facilities 10 km, ice field 6 km. Nearby attractions: Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg 400 m, Brienz - Brienzersee 5 km, Aareschlucht 10 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Meiringen - Hasliberg 10 km, Axalp 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Brienzersee 5 km. Hiking paths: Rosenlaui 10 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Trevlig värd. Fin lägenhet i en vacker by. Tyvärr inget fungerande WIFI.

Estuve sólo cuatro días, pero el sitio precioso y el trato de la dueña, excelente. La casa muy bonita, toda de madera, limpia y con todo lo que se oferta (icluido wifi). Volvería sin dudarlo.
