Exit to the balcony. 1 room 12 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, steamer, raclette grill fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Floor heating. Large balcony. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 1 at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.


Beatenberg 12 km from Interlaken: Very comfortable apartment block "Aussichtstraum", built in 2004, surrounded by meadows. In the district of Matte, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac, south-west facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). 800 m long narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Width of access road: 300 cm. Single garage at the house. Grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop 200 m, indoor swimming pool 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, sailing school 12 km, minigolf 1.3 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car 2 km, children's ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 3 km. Nearby attractions: Jungfraujoch, Interlaken, Beatushöhle. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Niederhorn, Hohwald, Wengen-Grindelwald. Sehr schicke großzügige Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Grandioser Ausblick vom Balkon über den Thunersee und die herrliche Bergwelt. Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau voll im Blick. Leider war WLAN zu schwach. Nächstes WLAN in der Toirstinfo, aber frei, ca. 1,5 Km entfernt.
