    2-room apartment 45 m2 on 1st floor. Simple and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (135 cm, length 200 cm), 2 sleeping facilities (70 cm, length 190 cm), TV and fan. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC. Boiler (50 litres). Balcony 5 m2. Balcony furniture. View of the sea and the swimming pool. Facilities: washing machine. It is possible a 5th persona (only a child), sharing another sofa-bed (extra: 5 euros per night, to pay on spot).


    Residence "La Gomera", built in 2005. In the resort, 30 m from the sea, 30 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: swimming pool (25 x 13 m, depth 1 - depth 40 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Grocery 500 m, shopping centre 7 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 25 m, shingle beach 30 m, swimming bay 500 m. Golf course 40 km, children's playground 100 m. Please note: motorway 2 km from the property. Main road 600 m from the property. Access ramp for disabled persons.
