Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Suitable for families. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Las Teresitas" 3 km pebble beach 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Playa de Las Teresitas, Centro Histórico de Santa Cruz, Parque Rural de Anaga, Diversas rutas de senderismo.
