Wood heating, boiler (100 litres). Upper floor: living room with 2 sofabeds. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds. Kitchenette). Bath/WC. Balcony 19 m2, terrace 20 m2, garden 100 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, sitting area. Beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Suitable for families. House for 4 adults and 2 children (under 12 years on a single sofa bed).


    Situated on a wine-making estate 500 m above sea level, the house offers marvelous views of the Valley of Orotava. Next to the house is la Bodega (the Cellar), where the clients can watch the elaboration process of their wines. Large, cosy country house "La Habanera", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of La Orotava, in a quiet, elevated position, 11 km from the sea, in the countryside. In the house: playroom, burglar alarm system. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 8 km, sandy beach "Playa Jardín" 11 km. Nearby attractions: Puerto de la Cruz 10 km. Please note: car recommended. Motorway 2.7 km from the property.     Dejligt hus - smuk udsigt - men vi kunne kun bruge halvdelen huset, svarende til soveværelserne med det lille køkken- den store stue med panoramavinduerne var alt for kold til årstiden - så halv pris havde nok været passende.
