Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Shower/bidet/WC. Electric heating, boiler (100 litres). Terrace 150 m2, garden 150 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.


    El Rosario 6 km from La Laguna: Beautiful, cosy single-family house "de Aitana", built in 2014. Outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of La Laguna, in a quiet position, 9 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), garden 150 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 3 m, depth 160 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). Barbecue. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 7 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 9 km. Golf course 8 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Aeropuerto Tenerife Norte 6 km. Please note: car recommended. Motorway 7 km from the property.

    Im bäuerlichen Stil gestaltetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung. Für abseits des Massentourismus interessierte Urlauber empfehlenswert. Obligatorisch ist ein Mietfahrzeug zur Nutzung dieses Objektes. Tier-und Pflanzenwelt sind hier zum Greifen nah.

    Internet signal zu schwach,bei Regen Stromunterbruch, durch das Tor auf das Grundstück geht es nur Rückwärts auf drei Räder nicht empfelenswert für Sportwagen.

    Heerlijke plek om te verblijven en waar vandaan goede trips gemaakt kunnen worden over het eiland. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk. Een aandachtspunt is wel de wifi-verbinding. Deze is per dag erg wisselend (van geen verbinding tot vrij aardig)
