    1-room house 60 m2. Rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, TV, radio and heating stove. Exit to the garden, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed. Exit to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Terrace 14 m2, porch 20 m2. Deck chairs (2). View of the sea and the mountains. There is another heater in the bedroom. Decorated with paintings and original objects, antique quality furniture, built in Canarian style. High wooden ceilings and covered in red tiles. The logs for the chimney is not provided but if it is very cold they can be asked to the keyholder.


    La Sabinita 2 km from Arico Viejo: Comfortable house "Del Coronel", built in 1997. 100 m from the centre of La Sabinita, in a secluded position, 6 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 10'000 m2, garden 140 m2 (fenced) trees, indoor pool. Private: swimming pool (5 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with shutter cover. Terrace, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach 6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. House situated 500 m above sea level. The big part of the land is cultivated with workers on it. The last 300 m before the house are unpaved. The owner works in an anexed studio.

    Location très rustique mais sympathique et hyper calme. La description faite sur Interhome est conforme, à 2 ou 3 améliorations près, comme la Wifi maintenant à disposition, et la terrasse complètement dallée à l’est, très agréable. Le propriétaire se donne la peine d’améliorer petit à petit. La Show more piscine est bien abritée du vent sous son couvert aux parois de plexi, donc l’eau est à bonne température, transparente et propre. Matelas du lit parfait. D’être situé sur les hauteurs est un bon choix, appréciable quand il fait chaud en bord de mer. La vue est magnifique, vignes et mer, l’endroit très ensoleillé avec quelques arbres près de la piscine pour l’ombre. Le propriétaire est très très discret mais aussi très sympa. Il habite juste à côté mais est souvent absent. La maison a beaucoup de charme avec son aspect rural, ses grosses pierres, et si on aime ça, on est loin des locations style « urbanisations » aseptisées pour touristes, dont la côte, depuis la pointe Sud jusqu’à Los Gigantes, est couverte.. . Niveau confort, il y a tout ce qu’il faut en basique, tout fonctionne correctement, mais il ne faut pas être trop délicat. Question propreté ce n’est pas nickel mais pas vu d’insecte indésirable. Il manque un petit séchoir perso pour faire sécher les maillots et les linges de plage C’est vrai que la maison est vraiment difficile à trouver, loin de tout, route tortueuse depuis Arico et le dernier bout de chemin est chaotique. Un 1er petit supermarché se trouve à Arico, à 2kms, bien pour dépanner, mais Il faut descendre à El Poris (7kms) pour trouver un supermarché qui a de tout, ouvert 7/7 jusqu’à 21h30. Pour les restos c’est pareil. Show less

    Die Lage des Hauses ist schön die Zufahrt eine Katastrophe mit normalem PKW sehr vorsichtig zu befahren , es könnte alles etwas sauberer sein und es riecht etwas muffig , der Vermieter ist OK man bekommt ihn nur selten zu sehen . Einen kleinen Tipp der Haustür Schlüssel wird nicht wie bei uns in Show more der senkrechten Position aus dem Schloss gezogen sondern in der waagerechten Position Show less

    Intérieur plutôt lugubre et peu propre. Emplacement et vue imprenable avec un accès un peu difficile. Voisinage du propriétaire gênant bien que sympathique. Piscine pas très recommandable.
