    "Casa Sort", 4-room house 75 m2 on 3 levels. Electric heating. Upper floor: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, TV, flat screen, video, radio, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Bath/bidet/WC. Small balcony, large terrace 80 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. View of the mountains, the valley and the river. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. HUTL000412


    Rustic, comfortable single-family house "Casa Sort", 3 storeys. In the resort, on a slope. Private: property 100 m2 (fenced), garden 50 m2. Barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Steep motor access. Public parking on the road. Shop 7 km, grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Riding stable 7 km, children's playground 7 km. Nearby attractions: Monasterio de Santa María del Burgal, Pintura romámica de Baiasca, Llavorsí 7 km, Andorra, Parque natural del Pirineo, Parque natural de Aigües Tortes. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Super Espot 30 km, Port Ainé 30 km, Baqueira Beret 40 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Main road 20 m from the property. The house is below the curve at the church, completely separated from any other building. Only 7 km away, you can go rafting, canoeing, horseback riding and practice archery.

    De woning is ideaal gelegen, omgeven door het Parc Natural de l'Alt Pireneu. Blijkbaar vinden de insecten dat ook want die waren er genoeg te oordelen aan de hardnekkige beten.

    La casa era muy acogedora, pero la limpieza dejaba un poco que desear. Para llegar a la casa la carretera estaba muy deteriorada, pero el entorno es fabuloso. En Arestuy no hay ningún bar ni tienda, por lo que para todo se tiene que ir a Llavorsí.
