    4-room villa 150 m2. Spacious and bright, comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room, on 2 levels with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 french bed and open-hearth fireplace. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and shower/WC (private). Large terrace 80 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). The kitchen has got fondue and kettle.


    Tinajo: Large, modern single-family house "Villa Mareta". In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea. Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 190 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). Parking at the house. Supermarket 30 m, restaurant, bakery, café, internet café, bus stop 800 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence. The upper floor of the house is used by the owner. The owner doesn't live there permanently. There is a small storehouse close to the house.

    grande maison aux prestations de qualité, dans un secteur de Lanzarote authentique et hors des stations balnéaires. Seul petit bémol, compte tenu de la qualité générale, il est dommage que les draps fournis soient de qualité aussi médiocre.
