    "Can Trullàs", 5-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: entrance hall 20 m2. Living room with open-hearth fireplace, TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double sofabed. Exit to the garden. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), bath/bidet/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the terrace. Bath/bidet/WC. Large terrace 40 m2, patio 500 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The upper floor has an open room with a sofa bed with a thick foam compartment to put on the ground, for children only. Some beds are 180 cm long. HUTB005785


    Rustic house "Can Trullàs", 2 storeys, renovated in 1992. Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Viladecavalls, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position. Private: natural state property (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (depth 150 - 180 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). Table tennis, pergola (40 m2). Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, railway station 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Montserrat 27 km, Barcelona 32 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The house is situated in a 150 hectares estate with 2 more houses.

    We verbleven met onze drie dochters (17-19-21j) twee weken in deze rustieke woning begin juli. Zeer ruime woning, binnen aangenaam fris door de dikke muren. Keuken zeer compleet ingericht.     This property is very big with lots of space indoors and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. You do need a car though as it is quite cut off and taxis are hard to get. The pool is brilliant and there is a table tennis table which my son loved. The owners are extremely helpful and can't do enough for Show more you - they took us shopping twice as we didn't have a car.
