Exit to the patio. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed, separate WC and shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs, sitting area. View of the sea, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Not suitable for small children.


    Moya: Modern, cosy country house "Casita del Palmeral", surrounded by trees. Outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet position, 3 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property 7'000 m2, beautiful terraced garden with plants and flowers. Private: outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 20 km, restaurant 3.5 km, café 4 km, sandy beach "las Canteras" 20 km, swimming bay 3.5 km, public bathing area 3.5 km. Sports harbour 20 km, golf course (9 hole) 20 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Las Palmas 25 km, Piscinas naturales agua salada 4 km. Please note: car recommended. Main road 50 m from the property.

    ehemaliges Wohnsitz des Besitzers -mit viel Liebe und im spanischen Landhausstil exclusiv eingerichtet-verdient 4 Sterne-Die Eigentümer kümmern sich sehr persönlich um ihre Gäste-die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen einzige negative Anmerkung: kein TV-Empfang nichtspanischer Sender möglich

    Heel leuk huisje. Makkelijk bereikbaar, goeie locatie. Stijlvol ingericht. De twee slaapkamers, wel aan weerszijde van het huis, hebben geen deur, goeie om te weten.

    Met twee stellen een fijne woning met twee badkamers. Vreemd dat er geen deuren waren in de slaapkamers om wat privacy te krijgen! Mooie tuin.
