Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer) with dining table. 2 baths/bidet/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine.     2-family house "Barral Noguerosa", 2 storeys, built in 1985. Outside the resort, 2.5 km from the centre of Pontedeume, 3 km from the sea. For shared use: property 3'400 m2, garden with lawn. Parking on the premises. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach 3 km. Riding stable 3 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

    El apartamento es estupendo. Con una ubicación privilegiada en plena naturaleza y unas vistas sobre la ría y Pontedeume preciosas. Los atardeceres un regalo. Es cómodo, amplio, tiene todo lo necesario y está muy limpio. Las dueñas muy amables. Todo un acierto.
