In the resort 700 m from the centre of Rincón de la Victoria, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 700 m from the sea. Private: garden 900 m2 with lawn 700 m2, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, 01.01.-31.12.). WC in the pool area, arbour (30 m2), terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi. Motor access to the house. Single garage. Supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 750 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.8 km.     Välutrustat hus i bostadsområde. Fantastisk utsikt över Medelhavet. Stor pool som gick att dyka i. Stor och härlig altan som vi använde kvällar och morgnar. Lite slitet hus kanske men fungerande och trivsamt. Bra och hjälpsam förmedling på plats. Fanns lite myror men åtgärdade effektivt med Show more spray. Ingen ac i huset men fläktar gjorde nätterna tillräckligt svala. Show less
