    Swimming pool opening times governed by local authority. Very beautiful, cosy terraced house "Urb El Olivar", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Rincón de la Victoria, 800 m from the sea, west facing position. For shared use: large garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool kidney-shaped fenced (16 m diameter, 15.06.-15.09.). WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house. Grocery 250 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 250 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 600 m. Please note: suitable for families, baby equipment on request (extra).

    Wir waren für 9 Tage in den Herbstferien in der Unterkunft. Der Pool war offiziell schon geschlossen, allerdings hatten wir einen Schlüssel zum Pool und konnten Ihn auch mal nutzen. Das Haus liegt in einer Anlage von Privat Häusern und ist sehr hellhörig aber sauber. Die Betten sind klein mit sehr Show more harten Matrazen. Es gibt leider kein Internet im Haus. Stand auch nicht in der Beschreibung, jedoch waren wir davon ausgegangen, dass dies heutzutage Standard ist. Der Weg zum Strand ist entweder an der Straße vorbei oder durch ein Wohngebiet mit Baulücken und Müllablageruingen. Am Strand war nichts los und das einzige Restaurant am Strand hatte innerhalb der Woche geschlossen. Wir sind dann nur noch mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen. Der Schlüssel musste im 8 KM entfernten Rincon de la Victoria abgeholt werden. Etwas oberhalb der Unterkunft gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, einen Bäcker und ein Zeitschriftenladen. Größere Supermärkte etwas weiter entfernt. Ohne Auto würde ich die Unterkunft auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Show less

    Huset var ryddig ved ankomst. Utvask inkludert i prisen. Bra. Oversiktlig stue/kjøkken, romslige soverom, greie bad/toalett, flott hage og barnevennlig område. Sengene var harde.
