In the district of Torrenueva, in the resort 1 km from the centre of La Cala de Mijas, 19 km from the centre of Marbella, 7 km from the centre of Fuengirola, 250 m from the sea, 250 m from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (8 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12. pool opening hours: 08:00-21:30). Tennis (extra). In the complex: lift. Parking. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar 150 m, bus stop "Marbella - Fuengirola" 200 m, sandy beach "El Bombo (Cala Mijas)" 250 m. Tennis 150 m.

Lidt slidt, rengøring i køkken kunne være bedre, ingen emhætte i køkken. Madrasser i seng var meget dårlig, og dobbelt sengen var for kort (fransk seng) Terrasse dør kunne ikke lukke tæt ud til støjende vej. Pris og kvalitet passer ikke sammen

Die Lage und der Susblick sind top, der Rest leider nicht! Keine Heizmöglichkeit, ständig fliegt die Sicherung im Stromkasten raus, schlechte Isolierung, defekte Microwelle, defekter Toaster, kaum frische Bettwäsche, fehlender Duschvorhang
